Delivery and Returns
Pelletorb uses multiple carriers to ship our high-quality, nutritional products. The choice of carrier service depends on a variety of factors unique to your order. These factors include, but are not limited to destination, package size, value of package contents, and promised delivery time. We are flexible with our selection of shipping carriers to ensure the prompt, safe delivery of our products.

Standard US Shipping.
COVID-19 Update: Orders will typically take 2-5 business days to the US Continental 48 states; however, occasionally there may be delays particularly during the busy holiday season. Orders will leave our warehouse within two business days after your order is placed.

US Orders will leave the warehouse within two business days.

Instructions for tracking your purchase will be sent to you by email or sms after you make your purchase. Please follow the instructions closely and watch as your healthy living products approach your doorstep!

Refund requests are processed within 2 business days and all refunds will be processed in the same currency and payment type of the original purchase. Depending on the bank/credit card company, most refunds will appear on your statement within 14 days after the refund request was received.
We accept return of the unopened and undamaged bottles only. For refunds on orders with multiple quantity of the same supplement, we will refund you the price of the number of unopened and undamaged bottles returned, along with the original shipping cost. Also, as soon as you receive the order, make a video while opening the packing to ensure received bottles are not broken or crack. Also, the label must be unhampered.
We process returns Monday-Friday, and all returns need to be shipped via USPS to the following address:

Kindly make sure to send original packing slip with returns to enable process smooth returns. If packing slip is unavailable or lost, then mention your full name and address on a piece of paper. Without these, return process will be incomplete and hence the refund will be denied.
